A structured 4 session programme for golfers who want to improve their attitude and confidence whilst playing. Sessions take place every two weeks, giving you time to apply the work on the course between appointments. Across the programme, we identify what is affecting your performance mentally and build practical tools you can use during real rounds. You will get:
- Clear understanding of the mental patterns affecting your golf
- Practical pre-shot and reset routine
- Tools to manage overthinking, frustration and pressure
- Visualisation and mental rehearsal exercises
