“Why did they say it like that?”
Reopened 14 timesPractical hypnotherapy and coaching for professionals under pressure
If conversations keep replaying, decisions never feel finished or your evenings have become an extension of the working day, we can work on changing what happens next.
“Why did they say it like that?”
Reopened 14 timesWhat if I have missed something?
No new message. Check again anyway.
Monday has arrived early.
Too blunt? Too soft? Rewrite it.
Stay, leave or somehow do both?
Rehearse it once more. Then once more.
“Sorry—what did you say?”
01 / What is work doing after work?
Choose the closest one. This is not a diagnosis or a form. It simply shows how we might turn a vague sense of pressure into something practical to work on.
That can look like…
You replay what you said, what they meant and what you should have done differently. Your evening becomes the unofficial second half of the working day.
We can map the replay loop, work out what keeps it going and practise a different response when your mind tries to reopen the conversation.

Moving the slider does not solve work stress. It illustrates a skill we can practise: noticing a work thought, deciding whether it needs action now and bringing your attention back to where you are.
Write the perfect reply. Then rewrite it.
Run it again, just in case it changes.
Should I leave? Should I stay? Must decide tonight.
Count the hours. Again.
What mood will they be in tomorrow?
One small error. Full internal inquiry.
Picture every possible way it could go wrong.
It can wait. Better check.
Everyone else seems to be coping.
Everything is closed. The mental tabs are still open.
A boundary is not avoidance. If something needs action, give it a time and place. If it does not, the practice is allowing the thought to be there without treating it as an instruction.
02 / Choose a clear paid starting point
Begin with an initial session, or choose a four-, six- or eight-session package when you want a sustained piece of work. We agree a clear focus and review what changes as you apply the tools.

What happens in the work
When does the pressure appear? What triggers the replaying, checking or irritability? What do you do next, and what keeps the loop going?
Depending on your situation, we may use cognitive and behavioural tools, imagery, hypnosis, relaxation, behavioural experiments or focused attention practice.
You try something between sessions: after a meeting, before opening email, or when work tries to follow you into the evening. We review what actually happened.
The aim is a practical way of responding that you can continue using—not open-ended support with no clear direction.
Calm, direct, confidential
You may be good at your job and still be tired of giving it so much space. The aim is not to stop caring. It is to care without every difficult email, meeting or decision taking over the rest of your day.

You can tell me about the meeting, the manager or the career decision. I will not turn every sentence into therapy-speak.
Understanding the pattern matters. Then we practise a different response and find out whether it helps in the situation that brought you here.
Quieter evenings, clearer decisions, less checking or more composure in meetings: we define what useful change would look like for you.
03 / Choose the right next step
If you already know you want to begin, compare the paid session and package. If you need to understand the approach or check fit first, use the free call.
Choose the £110 initial session, or compare Reset (four sessions, £320), Shift (six sessions, £450) and Lasting Change (eight sessions, £560). Each package booking schedules your first appointment and collects the full programme price.

Fair questions
No. Relaxation may be useful, but the work can also include cognitive and behavioural tools, imagery, behavioural experiments, focused attention and hypnosis. It is built around your agreed outcome.
No. You do not need a label or a crisis. You might simply have noticed that work is occupying too much mental space and want to change the pattern before it gets worse.
No. Career decisions are yours. The work can help reduce noise, examine the patterns affecting your judgement and help you approach the decision more clearly.
Sessions are private and professional, subject to the limits explained in the working agreement. This is not an employer service unless that has been explicitly arranged with you.
No. This service is not emergency or crisis support. If you may be at immediate risk, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
